Service! What makes us special ?

There is nothing worse then your kiosk failing at five o'clock on a Friday and not been able to get hold of a service representative until the following Monday or being told your service contract only allows for three call outs per year & you will now be charged an additional  €165 per visit 

At Go photo  we do things differently,starting  with installation we take the time to give your staff the training  they need & we come back for a second visit to address any questions they may have a week later. We are available to answer your calls Mon/Sat 9am till 9pm. 

We don't limit our customers  to three call outs if you need us were there. We don't outsource our service. Many of our competitors outsource their service. This means you are often dealing with a different service agent then the company you bought from. At Go photo we pride ourselves on our service & will never outsource it to any one else.
